Winding Cypress is approximately 1,100+ acres and currently planned for 774 home sites--these will include both preserve and water views. 

COMMUNITY FEATURES & FEES

Features will include a Clubhouse, Resort Style Pool, State of the Art Fitness Center & Movement Studio, Tennis and Bocce Ball Courts, and Outdoor Barefoot Bar. The community will also have a gated entrance as well as natural gas available.

Low fees are anticipated that will include common area maintenance, use and access to amenity center, and the guard gate. Basic cable will not be included.
