NaplesHomes.com has launched!

I’d like to be the first to welcome you to my new website and blog. While working with the site’s developers, I put a lot of thought into what features are important to my clients. Most of them tell me they appreciate easy navigation, so that was top-of-mind when building the site.

I also wanted to make sure that homebuyers can easily find Naples real estate listings, and that my listing clients’ homes are prominently featured. I am proud to say that this new website accomplishes that and so much more.

Before we get into the nuts and bolts of the site, however, I’d like to take a minute to introduce myself. I’m Ryan Schwartz, luxury real estate professional. I came to the world of real estate from a career in the finance industry. I successfully sat for and passed the Series 7, Series 66 and Series 3 exams. This, in my opinion, makes me uniquely qualified to counsel my real estate clients, not only in the marketing of their homes, but in making sound investment decisions when purchasing Naples real estate.

I left the finance industry to start a technology company. Unfortunately, the downturn in the economy left very few investors willing to take the leap of faith required to help fund a startup, so my company never got off the ground. My tech experience, though, is invaluable to my real estate clients, as you will see as you peruse my website. As one of my clients tells me, “the tech world’s loss is our gain!”

So, now that I’ve formally introduced myself, l’d like to tell you a little more about the NaplesHomes website and all of its features!

The blog section of NaplesHomes.com is set aside to keep you informed of not only what is going on in the Naples real estate market, but in the community as a whole. I’ll discuss local events, dig into some of Naples’ neighborhoods and provide lots of other useful information on our city.
