Kitson & Partner’s Elected Harbourside Custom Homes for Talis Park Project

Harbourside Custom Homes will lead the building project of a 461-acre community country club on Talis Park. The project involves constructing semi-custom houses in the Fairgrove neighborhood. It’s one of the first of three new communities with readily available homesites. The neighborhood is located on Naples’ Norman & Dye golf course.
The Fairgrove community will price their homes beginning at $1.3 million. The lot areas will be somewhere between 3,400 up to 4,000 square feet. Talis Park was acquired in 2011 by developers Kitson & Partners. A year was spent in conceptualizing its brave vision for a fresh and new clubhouse for the community.
Harbourside Custom Homes was chosen by Kitson & Partners because it has more than 35 years of homebuilding expertise under its roof. It has more than 200 designs and a long list of construction awards. It also garnered the highly esteemed Lee Builder of the Year Award for two straight years.
The participating builders on Talis Park are riding on the theme of Caribbean and European designed residential homes. It will have a lot of flowing living spaces and will have an overlooking view of the golf course area. The prices of these magnificent homes will range from $700,000 and can reach into millions. All three of Talis Park's new neighborhoods will offer beautiful views and showcase a network of meandering trails and pathways leading to the Vyne House, the village center of the community. Vyne House will offer fitness center and spa, and terraces, courtyards and open living areas.
